Along the way they will meet a colourful cast of characters and must thwart the dastardly plans of a scheming villain who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. And it’s all against the clock.

Inspired by real history, people, places and events, this fast-paced and humorous tale is entertainment for all ages (especially 8-15 year olds).

About the author

The author is the elder son of the 132nd Bishop of London, and Phoenix Tales was inspired by his childhood growing up next to St Paul’s Cathedral in the heart of the City of London. The story was originally written for his younger siblings and cousins. In real life he is a fund manager.
